Career to date

Charlotte is a Chartered Accountant, Management Consultant and Pilates teacher based in London, with over six years of experience helping businesses achieve their strategic goals.

Her professional journey began at PwC, one of the Big Four firms, as a tax accountant, followed by a move into industry as a commercial accountant for a luxury department store in Australia. Seeking greater creativity in her career, Charlotte launched her own business and completed training to become a Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher in 2020, offering classes alongside her full-time role.

Driven by a passion for helping businesses grow, Charlotte returned to PwC in Strategy Consulting, specialising in supporting small and medium-sized privately owned businesses. In mid-2023, she relocated to London with PwC, where she worked on large-scale enterprise transformations, focusing on operating models, project management, and change management.

Charlotte thrives on seeing ideas come to life and grow. She is enthusiastic about working with businesses that need guidance or strategic support to reach their potential.
